Booking & Appointment Policy.

Please read and accept these conditions before proceeding with your booking.

Bookings & deposits

The deposit amount will be confirmed before payment and may vary depending on the artist and project. Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is received and we send your booking confirmation.

Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit forms part of the total price and will be deducted from the balance of your booking.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to twice for a valid reason, provided you notify us at least five full days (120 hours) before your appointment through the channel used for your booking confirmation.

Your deposit will remain credited to the same client, artist and project. New dates are subject to availability and written confirmation.

Late rescheduling or failure to attend may result in loss of the deposit and require a new deposit for future bookings. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered individually.

If the studio or artist needs to move your appointment, we will contact you as early as possible and agree on a new date with you. Extraordinary circumstances may require shorter notice. Your deposit will remain credited to the rescheduled appointment.

Designs, pricing & session duration

Your booking is based on the agreed concept, size, placement and style. Significant changes may require a revised price or appointment.

Your rate, approximate session duration and payment arrangements will be confirmed before booking. The number of sessions required is an estimate. Additional work or charges will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

You must approve the final design, placement, size and any lettering before tattooing begins.

Age, health & consent

Clients must be 18 or older and may be asked to show valid photo identification.

By proceeding, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you have no undisclosed health condition or circumstance that could affect the tattoo, your session or healing.

You must inform us before your appointment of relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding or skin concerns, and notify us of any changes. If you are unsure about your suitability, seek advice from a healthcare professional. Do not stop prescribed medication without medical advice.

A consent and health questionnaire must be completed before tattooing. We may postpone or decline a session if proceeding would be unsafe. Clients must arrive sober.

Attendance & conduct

Please arrive on time and contact us immediately if you are delayed. Significant lateness may require your session to be shortened or rescheduled.

Respectful behaviour towards artists, staff and other clients is required. Companions must be agreed in advance.

Aftercare & touch-ups

Please follow the written aftercare instructions provided and contact us with any concerns. Touch-up arrangements will be confirmed by your artist for your project.
